Terms of Sale

1. Payment and Access

• Payment must be made in full before access to the digital images is granted.

• Upon purchase, the digital images will be made available for download. The link to download is for the buyer’s use only and must not be shared or distributed.

2. Final Sale

• All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of the product, no refunds or exchanges will be provided once the images have been downloaded.

3. Image Delivery

• Images will be delivered digitally and are not available in physical form.

• It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that they download and back up the images. Three Palms Media is not responsible for providing duplicate copies in case of loss.

4. No Ownership Transfer

• Purchase of digital images grants a license to use the photos (see license below) but does not transfer ownership or copyright of the images.

5. Indemnity

• The buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Three Palms Media, its employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use or misuse of the images.
